This game is AWESOME!!!! It's a full bodied workout that presents challenges, variety and a host of fun activities to conquer. I've lost more weight using this game than the Wii fit and it doesn't tell me I'm overweight!! : D br / br /You will not be disappointed. One need not be coordinated to participate in the games, so anyone who has the ability to jump up and down, move side to side or run in one place will find this an acceptable form of exercise!! ENJOY!!

I just love OUTDOOR CHALLENGE! All the games are HEARTBEAT games! They warm up your body and accelerate your heartbeat. They are fun and the concept of the game is just awesome. Technically easy to play! Easy to learn and easy to get the grip of it. The games episodes are short, so the next player doesn't have to wait to long. There is a challenge and that's what makes the game COOL. Playing simultaniously with another player is just exciting!
