ForSaleInCanada Terms of Service
All submissions paid or otherwise are subject to these terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to submitting your URL for review. You must agree to these terms prior to submission of any URL. Submission of a URL requires your acceptance of these terms.
Payment Refunds
All payments made to ForSaleInCanada.com should be considered non-refundable. By submitting a URL you acknowledge that the payment of this fee is for consideration of your URL for inclusion in the ForSaleInCanada Web Directory and in no way does payment, or acceptance of payment, guarantee inclusion. By submitting a URL you expressly agree to pay ForSaleInCanada the non-refundable submission fee whether your website is accepted or denied inclusion. Any decision to offer a refund of full or partial fees received will rest solely with ForSaleInCanada.com and will be considered on an individual basis.
Basic Eligibility
In order for a submission to be eligible for listing, it must contain unique content. Please do not submit sites URLs which contain nothing more than affiliate links. Do not submit pages which redirect the user to another pages. Do not submit pages which have affiliate referrer ID’s attached to the URL. If your URL is found to be ineligible for listing, it will be deleted from the index and NO refund issued.
Right of Rejection
ForSaleInCanada.com reserves the right to reject any web site if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that includes or promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
ForSaleInCanada.com has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your submission, or to suspend or remove an existing listing which is violating either our Guidelines or these Terms of Service.
Listing Placement
ForSaleInCanada reserves the right to edit submission titles, descriptions and keywords. ForSaleInCanada reserves the right to move a submission from one category to another as the editorial staff sees fit. ForSaleInCanada editors may remove a listed site from the index should its content fall outside of eligibility guidelines.
Your Privacy
The only personally identifiable information about you ("PII") (that is, your name, e-mail or physical address, or telephone number) that ForSaleInCanada.com receives is any PII you choose to include in the submission form if you submit a site for consideration for inclusion in our directory, or sign-up to use our e-Postcard service. We use allsuch information only in connection with the service requested, and do not use it for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell or loan your personal information with any outside companies. We may contact you occasionally with news about your site, our services, or new features and services being offered. Acceptance of these occasional mailings is a condition of having your site listed in our database.
When you use or access ForSaleInCanada.com, we automatically receive and store certain information from your browser, including your IP address; your browser type; access date and time; the referring Web site address; the page(s) you requested; and in the case of a search, the specific search terms requested. We use this information for purposes of security, to learn more about how our site is being used, and to improve the quality and usefulness of the site. We do NOT link any of this information with PII, and we do not share this information with any outside companies.
